Terms and conditions

We look forward to working with you. By agreeing to our quote or purchasing our products and services in store or online, you also agree to and understand the following standard terms and conditions.

If you decide to cancel , you may incur a cancellation fee. This fee may include any out-of-pocket costs Empire Yacht Rigging Pty Ltd would incur regarding equipment hire (including crane hire), parts or man hours spent in preparation. These costs, including any already completed works, will be invoiced to you.

To ensure the fastest service and access to your rigging requirements, our invoices are paid on a progress payment system. Any labour already conducted and materials ordered must be paid in full before installation and completion of work.

Changes to, repairs of and modifications to a vessels rigging can occasionally unearth new, unforeseen problems that require attention. For example, upon removing a mast to repair a segment, we may find that there is further unseen damage, warranting replacement or further repairs.

On occasion, work conducted on a vessel may lead to further damage, especially on older vessels.  Whilst all care is taken, Empire Rigging Pty Ltd is not responsible for further work required or damage made whilst undertaking repairs and modifications, this includes damage due to weather conditions.  Our quotes are estimates only, and if materials and labour are required to complete works being conducted, Empire Yacht Rigging Pty Ltd will endeavour to communicate this to the client where possible, and additional costs will be added to the invoice.

Delays due to weather, 3rd party contractors, part availability and workload, can sometimes occur. Whilst all care is taken to avoid unnecessary delays, costs associated with a delay, or any further repercussions due to delays, will not be the responsibility of Empire Rigging Pty Ltd.
